Zhong Baoshen, born in December 1967, the Han nationality, is non-partisan. He is the chairman of LONGi (Stock sticker: 601012), President of LONGi Solar Technology Co., Ltd., Chief of China New Energy Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chairman of Shaanxi Federation of Industry and Commerce, Vice Chairman and standing director of Red Cross Society of China Shaanxi Branch, vice chairman of Xi'an Federation of Industry and Commerce. Mr. Zhong graduated from the School of Physical Science and Technology in Lanzhou University in 1990, majoring in metallurgy. He joined LONGi in 2006 and once served as chairman and president of Xi'an LONGi Silicon Materials Co., Ltd., chairman, and president of LONGi Solar Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhong is a well-known expert in the field of magnetic materials and has been engaged in the scientific research of this field for a long time. He was awarded “Model Worker of Fushun City” in 2000. In 2002, he was awarded the “May Day Labor Medal” and “Excellent Builder of Socialism” of Liaoning province. In 2002 and 2004, he won the "Outstanding Private Entrepreneur” of Fushun city respectively. For his conscientiousness, he was honored with the “Outstanding Private Entrepreneur” of Liaoning province in 2005 and the “Advanced Worker” of Yinchuan city in 2009. Because of his influence in the energy industry, he was awarded the “Top Ten Economic Figure” of Ningxia Hui autonomous region. In 2016, he was nominated as the "Sina Finance Top Ten Economic Figures of the Year”. Li Zhenguo was born in May, 1968, and he is non-partisan and the Han nationality. Li Zhenguo is the founder of LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (abbrevated as LONGi, Stock sticker: 601012) and President of LONGi Group, Vice President of China New Energy Chamber of Commerce. Besides, he is a fund sponsor of the LONGi 1% Foundation of the Red Cross Society of China. Li Zhenguo was graduated from the School of Physical Science and Technology Lanzhou University in 1990, majored semiconductor materials. He obtained a master's degree of Business Administration from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2004. In February 2000, he founded Xi'an Xinmeng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (predecessor of LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd), and served as Chairman of Xi'an LONGi Silicon Materials Co., Ltd. Mr. Li Zhenguo is a well-known expert in the field of transverse magnetic field monocrystal and has long been engaged in the production and research of monocrystal silicon mateials. The carbon removal process of polycrystalline carbon material developed by him is widely used in the industry and once funded by the National Science and Technology Innovation Fund. He was awarded the "China Energy Innovation Entrepreneur" in 2016, "Forbes 50 Best CEOs of China Listed Companies" in 2018, and the "Best CEO of China Listed Companies" in 2019. Li Wenxue, with Han nationality, member of CPC, with professional title of Senior Engineer. Born in March 1966, Li Wenxue is the General Secretary of the CPC branch in LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd., (LONGi, stock sticker: 601012) and vice president of LONGi. Now he is also the Vice President of the New Energy Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Crystalline Silicon Specialized Committee of the New Energy Chamber of Commerce, co-director of the Household PV Professional Committee of the China Photovoltaic Industry Association, executive vice chairman of the International New Energy Solutions Platform, vice chairman of the Renewable Energy Specialized Committee of the China Recycling Economy Association, and the president of the Shaanxi Alumni Association of Lanzhou University. Mr. Li Wenxue graduated from the School of Physical Science and Technology Lanzhou University in 1990, majored in metallurgical physics. He obtained a master's degree in business administration from Xidian University in 2002. He joined LONGi in 2010 and once served as vice president of LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and president of LONGi Solar Technology Co., Ltd.
